The brownie in the brownie sundae, was more cake-like in texture and the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake had neither the heft, nor creaminess we prefer. Desserts were a few whiskers short of greatness. The substantial fillet, topped with beefsteak tomato, Parmesan and served over a primavera vegetable saute, was both appetizing and artful. And the baked haddock was no ordinary hunk of fish under the masterful hand of Executive Chef Thomas Coleman. A huge bowl of four-cheese cavatappi pasta, topped with marinated tomato slices, panko and beef tips was outrageously delicious. Choose your sauce: Buffalo, XXX, Sesame, BBQ, Hog, Honey Mustard, Cajun, Q-City, Cajun/Honey Mustard, Fajita, Sesame/Hot, Maple Mustard, Orange Agave, Pineapple Habanero. Extra blue cheese available for an additional 1. The lobster macaroni and cheese was delicious with a large portion. Fried calamari with cherry peppers were perfectly cooked. We went with the steak mac and have to say that The Fat Cat's take on this standard, had us purring. Served with house made blue cheese dressing and celery.
